So to begin with, the journey in these last few years has been a roller coaster ride and in terms of all aspects. Lots of changes. At work, after my status of retired hurt with my previous association, have opened up a new design studio which is very close to my heart. Have poured lot of sweat and blood to make it reach where it is today. Pretty good goin. Tough, infact way too tough to manage your own show. But trust me, its all worth at the end of the day with the satisfaction that you have something at hand which is all yours and worth fighting and struggling for. Yes, i give it. It aint easy. Not a bit. Sometimes, I feel the other side of desk is more alluring than this one. But hey, who cares. This is side much more content and filled with challenges. This is it. The show I am running is made up of a wonderful mix of young, hot and experienced blood. And finally, our logo has been registered now. thats a good news. Have been waiting for almost 2 years for this moment. Sense of achievement in some corner of me. All smiley smiley. :))))
But the road ahead doesnt look any easy now. It looks even more challenging and exciting. Hope i can live upto expectations of my customers and inspire + motivate my team and people around to deliver the best of best in this creative world.
